2. What DGTG does

DGTG Marketing & Retail Private Limited provides growth and performance marketing services to brands and agencies: lead generation, traffic, sales, app install, social and influencer campaigns, content production and related media services.

3. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry, using the Cost Calculator or receiving a proposal does not create a contract. Work starts only under a separate signed agreement or statement of work, which sets out scope, pricing, payment and delivery terms and prevails over these Terms.

4. Cost Calculator and guides

Estimates from the Cost Calculator and figures in our growth guides are indicative, based on past campaigns and market ranges. They are not quotes or guarantees. Actual costs depend on the brief, market, season and platform pricing.

5. Partner programme

Applying to the DGTG partner network does not guarantee campaigns. For each campaign, the payout model, rate, approval rules and timelines are agreed in writing before it starts. Traffic, leads or installs that are incentivised without disclosure, generated by bots, bought, or collected without consent are not paid and may lead to removal from the network. Creators must disclose paid content as required by law and by the ASCI guidelines in India.

6. Brand names and logos

Client names and logos shown on dgtg.in identify brands for which DGTG has run campaigns. They are trademarks of their respective owners, and their display does not imply that those owners endorse this website.

7. Our content

The text, guides, data and design of dgtg.in belong to DGTG unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Please do not copy whole pages or datasets without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam, submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

9. Links and AI assistants

Links to third-party sites, including the "Ask AI" links to ChatGPT, Claude and Google AI Mode, open services we do not control. What those services say about DGTG is generated by them, not by us.

10. Liability

The site is provided for information about our services. To the extent the law allows, DGTG is not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or reliance on its content. Liability for client work is governed by the relevant signed agreement.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
