2. What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, company and message when you use the Contact page; the inputs and contact details you enter in the Cost Calculator; the profile links, audience size, markets and categories you enter when you apply as a partner (influencer, publisher, list owner, coupon or cashback site, app network or community); and the questions and any contact details you type into the "Ask a question" chat. Technical data: pages visited, the referring page, browser type and approximate location derived from your IP address.

3. How we use it

To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals; to assess partner applications and offer campaigns that fit your audience; to answer questions asked in the chat; to understand which pages and services are useful so we can improve the site; and to keep the site secure. We do not use your details for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics in Google's consent mode: until you press Accept on the cookie banner, it does not set analytics cookies. We also count page views with our own first-party counter, which does not set cookies. The banner choice itself is stored in your browser. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers to run the site: website hosting, application hosting, database hosting, email delivery and analytics. They process data on our behalf and only for that purpose. If a campaign enquiry or partner application involves a client, we share only what is needed for that campaign, and only after telling you. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

6. Where it is stored

Some of our service providers store data outside India. Where data leaves India, we rely on those providers' security commitments and the transfer rules that apply under Indian law.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry and partner-application details are kept while we are discussing or running work with you, and afterwards for as long as needed for our records and legal obligations. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

8. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct, complete, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, raise a grievance, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Visitors from other regions can exercise the equivalent rights under their local law. Email contact@dgtg.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Grievances

For any privacy concern or grievance, write to contact@dgtg.in with the subject "Privacy". If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is accepting complaints, or your local data protection authority.

10. Children

dgtg.in is a business website for brands, agencies and media partners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal data.

11. Security

Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to enquiry and partner data is limited to the people who need it for their work.

12. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
